Earlier this week I was pleased to attend a site visit with Rothwell Town Council colleagues, to explore ways in which road safety along Rushton Road can be improved.
The area suffers from speeding and poor visibility at junctions. It was useful see the situation in person and Northants Highways are now assessing our suggested improvements to see if they are viable and deliverable. This matter will be discussed at future Rothwell Town Council meetings once we have a proposed way forward from Highways.
