It was great to be invited to Kettering’s Gurdwara today with colleagues, joining Kettering’s Sikh community at their Vaisakhi celebrations. Vaisakhi marks the beginning of the harvest season in Punjab, where many local Sikhs have family ties, and Vaisakhi also emphasizes the importance of Seva (selfless service) and giving back to the community.
